Two features, two top-10s at Southern Iowa Speedway

Wednesday night at the Southern Iowa Speedway, Zack VanderBeek pulled double duty as he raced in both the stock car and modified divisions. In the IMCA Stock Cars, the track wound up being a one-lane freight train around the top and 'The Z-Man' had to settle for a ninth-place finish. Driving Justin Schaffer's IROC chassis in the IMCA Modifieds, VanderBeek started ninth and finished ninth in the main event.

Next up will be the Silver Dollar Nationals at the I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Neb., for a USMTS doubleheader on Friday and Saturday, July 17-18.
